By downloading, installing, or using the Radija application ("Radija" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Radija.
Radija is a free radio streaming application that provides users with access to publicly available radio station streams. The App aggregates links to third-party radio stations and offers a convenient interface for listening to these streams.
Radija does not host or store any audio content or radio streams on its own servers.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country of residence) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
All radio station logos, names, and trademarks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. Radija does not claim ownership of any third-party logos, brands, or trademarks.

We will review and respond to valid requests within seven (7) business days and remove or modify the disputed content where appropriate.
All radio streams accessed through the App are provided by independent third-party radio stations. Radija neither hosts nor controls any of the content transmitted through these streams.
Radija does not guarantee the availability, quality, or reliability of any radio stream. Radio stations may go offline, change their URLs, or restrict access without prior notice.
Radija is not responsible for the nature, accuracy, or legality of the content broadcast by third-party radio stations. Any concerns or complaints regarding specific radio content should be directed to the respective broadcaster.
Radija does not grant or claim any rights to the radio streams. All audio content remains the property of the respective radio stations or their licensors.
This agreement is between you and Radija, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of Radija must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Your use of Radija will consume data in accordance with your streaming activity. You are solely responsible for any data or internet usage charges incurred through your mobile carrier or internet service provider.

Certain radio streams may be subject to geographic restrictions imposed by the respective radio stations. Radija is not responsible for any limitations or unavailability of streams due to regional restrictions or licensing policies.
Radija is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any of the radio stations featured within the App. The inclusion of a radio station does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Radija is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Radija at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
